Too Good to Waste - A Story About Tasmanian Food
Event description
We're bringing #2Good2Waste to Launceston for a special screening in partnership with the University of Tasmania and Launceston Gastronomy.
Wasting food wastes everything: Water, fuel, labour, money and time. Tasmanian producers work hard so we can eat incredible food—it belongs on our plates, not the bin. TOO GOOD TO WASTE, a short film, chronicles the journey Tasmanian food makes from paddock to plate and the incredible producers, chefs and educators that make this possible.
Join us at the Inveresk UTAS Campus on December 8th for a special screening event. We have a brilliant line-up of passionate and waste-wise Tasmanians joining us for a post-screening panel—and we're interested to hear and welcome your voice to this conversation.
