Toowoomba’s Endless Edit - Sunday 25th August, 2024

Join us at Toowoomba’s preloved clothing market to sell your quality preloved pieces including clothing (Women’s, Men’s and Children’s), shoes and accessories. An easy opportunity to make some money and give your items a new home! You may even find yourself something new to add to your wardrobe!

The indoor venue has change rooms, a coffee van onsite and free car parking to ensure everyone has a great experience!  

DETAILS - COST: 

Stall holder ticket $70 + booking fee 

- You are more than welcome to split a stall and share with a friend (Strictly maximum 2 people per stall). 

DETAILS - WHAT’S INCLUDED: 

Ticket price includes: 

• Hire of venue 
• Public Liability Insurance 
• Set up and pack down of the event  
• Cleaning  
• Stall space – approx. 2x2m  
• Advertising
• Printable signage for your stall  

RACKING AND TABLES NOT INCLUDED but available for hire: 

• Racking: $15 each – large heavy-duty racks, 100kg weight limit. Extendable length 1.3m-1.9m. Will be set up before your arrival. MAX hire two per space. ONLY 12 available for hire.  

**Toowoomba’s Endless Edit is aiming to grow its collection of racks for hire! Please reach out if you were unable to hire a rack for this event via details below!** 

•  Tables: $10 each – trestle tables. Approx. 1.8m in length. Will be set up before your arrival. Recommend one per space unless stall holder is only wishing to use tables and no clothing racks then MAX two tables per stall space. ONLY 10 available for hire.  

DETAILS - SELLING AT OUR MARKETS: 

Stall holder information: 

• You are more than welcome to split a stall and share with a friend (Strictly maximum 2 people per stall)
• Create your own space to sell your preloved belongings! 
  • Decorate your stall as you please within the designated 2mx2m space 
  • BYO racking and/or tables as long as it fits in your space whilst still allowing room for shoppers to browse. If you are unsure what you can bring then feel free to get in contact with us as per details below.
  • Racking and Tables available for hire - limited numbers as per above.
  • Further tips for setting up your stall and selling on the day will be sent via email with ticket confirmation.
• Chairs will be provided around the venue 
• Indoor event 
• Convenient free parking
• Change rooms and toilets available onsite
• Under 18’s are allowed to have a stall but will need to be with a supervising parent or guardian 
• Printable signage for your stall and a Stallholder Information Document with tips for setting up your stall and selling on the day will be emailed to you with your ticket confirmation
• Example of payments from shoppers: PayID, Bank Transfer or Cash (Float of $50 recommended) 
• Tickets are non-refundable but you can transfer to another seller - contact us for further details

Timeline: 

• Please arrive from 6:30am for set up. Latest arrival 7:15am.
• Doors open 8am until 12pm
  • Please do not start packing up before 12pm
• 1pm pack up complete 

What can you sell: 

• Stall space is approx. 2mx2m 
• Toowoomba’s Endless Edit is a fashion market where you can sell clothing (Women’s, Men’s and Children’s), shoes, accessories like belts, hats, jewellery and sunnies. They can be second hand, vintage or brand new with tags on. Just ensure they are clean and in good quality condition. 
• No food and drink.

We rely on word of mouth to help us grow! To maximise the success of the event for all, please share with as many people as possible.

Feel free to promote and tag us in your socials whether you are attending as a stallholder or customer on the day - everyone loves seeing ‘sneak peaks’ in the lead up to the event or a snap shot of how you spent the day!!

Each market will have new, unique and on-trend preloved items - so make sure to tell everyone to come along and check it out!

Shoppers – on the day: 

• $2 entry - kids free
• Indoor event
• Coffee Van onsite 
• Change rooms available
• Bring shopping bags for your purchases  
• Bring cash and phone / card (No ATM onsite)
• Heaps of parking - onsite in-front of the Masonic Centre, street parking on Neil street and off-street parking at Neil/Annand Street and Julia Street (FREE on Sundays)
• No dogs allowed inside - service dogs only 
• Don’t forget to tell your friends and tag us @toowoombaendlessedit on your social channels
