Celebrate the canine connection through this carefully curated collection of heartwarming stories about dogs and their people at the Top Dog Film Festival.

Experience the stories of salty sea dogs, unbreakable bonds and canine companions that enrich the lives of all those they encounter.  Experience heartfelt stories of people who dedicate their lives to improving the outcomes for man’s best friend and meet a very clever dog who will steal a piece of your heart.

TheTop Dog Film Festival presents a 2+ hour cinematic celebration honouring the bond between dogs and their people.  Filled with delightfully doggy moments of joy and celebration of our beloved canine companions.

This carefully curated program of short canine-themed films is comprised of the most inspirational, heart-warming and entertaining stories about dogs and their human companions, from independent filmmakers around the globe.


PAWSOME NEWS! You are welcome to bring your well socialised dog along to the screening!   House rules for dogs are below and we ask for a gold coin donation for every dog in attendance, which will be donated to local animal rescue organisation SAFE Broome.

This program is exempt from rating but would be considered a PG program.

Dog house rules: If a dog is brought into the venue it must be kept on a short leash (2m or under) at all times. The owner is required to respect the venue grounds as well as other patrons by picking up after the dog and keeping it quiet during the film. Please bring a drinking container and plenty of water for your dog.

Aggressive dogs will be denied entry. If a dog becomes aggressive or fights with another dog once inside the venue, the owner will be told to immediately remove their dog from the venue.
