Midlife is a powerful chapter. It can also feel overwhelming — shifting hormones, restless sleep, changes in energy, mood swings, and the constant pull of family and work.

Pause with Purpose is a two-part women’s wellness event created exclusively for women in their 40s, 50s and beyond who want to move through perimenopause and menopause with strength, joy, and calm.

Across two transformative sessions, you’ll learn from leading experts, move your body with Pilates, and connect with like-minded women who truly understand this stage of life.

This is not just a workshop — it’s an experience of education, movement, connection, and renewal.

Friday Evening (6:00–8:30pm)
