    Event description

This webinar presents 11 emerging trends shaping home care models.

Hosted by Jennene Buckley, aged care specialist, former executive director and CEO of Feros Care.

Home care programs will completely transform in June 2025.

    The government is rolling out:

    • Activity-based funding
    • A new provider registration scheme
    • Set pricing
    • Increased clinical standards, reporting and regulation.

It's time for home care providers to re-imagine and re-invent their service offerings and value proposition to create their future-state home care programs.

The webinar will provide inspiration and tactical considerations for aged care leaders to integrate into their immediate and medium-term strategies.

    The session will touch on:

    ✔️ Workforce design

    ✔️ Digital transformation

    ✔️ Virtual care models

    ✔️ Client experience trends

    ✔️ Emerging service models.
