As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2025, this panel brings together refugee background youth to share their stories, challenges, and hopes for wellbeing in Aotearoa.

This event is more than a panel. It’s a space for connection, reflection, and learning together as a community to grow understanding, compassion, and collective strength through authentic kōrero.
