    Event description

Welcome to the 23rd Annual Topaz Film Festival. We are passionate about promoting women filmmakers and extremely excited to showcase the works of several amazingly talented women from around the world.  These films will have you laugh, cry and see the world from a new perspective.

The Topaz Film Festival is presented by Women in Film Dallas Scholastic Grant Fund. All proceeds from the festival benefit the Scholastic Grant Fund, a 501c3 which provides financial assistance to female students pursuing film related degrees and to women filmmakers in creating their cinematic works.  Learn more about Women in Film Dallas, as well as the Scholastic Grant Fund, at WIFDALLAS.ORG.
