Join us for an intimate four-course wine dinner celebrating the richness, depth and unmistakable character of Torbreck, one of the Barossa Valley’s most revered wine estates.

With a vision to honour and preserve the Barossa’s extraordinary old vineyards, Torbreck Vintners has become synonymous with richly layered Rhône-style wines shaped by heritage vines, unique terroir and the region’s warm, dry climate. Long sunshine hours, cool evenings and low-yielding old vines create fruit of remarkable concentration, producing wines that are layered, expressive and unmistakably Barossa.

Hosted in Firma Italian, each course will be thoughtfully paired with Torbreck’s signature pours, including three of the estate’s most celebrated releases; RunRig, Torbreck’s iconic Shiraz and Viognier, the commanding depth of The Factor and the aromatic character of the Hillside Vineyard Grenache. Together, these wines showcase the elegance, intensity and structure that have earned the estate a devoted following around the world.

Whether you’re a wine lover, a collector or quietly curious to discover the depth of one of Australia’s most compelling wineries, this is an evening designed to be savoured from the first pour to the final course.

About The Winery

Torbreck Vintners

Torbreck Vintners was created with the aim of building one of the finest wine estates in the world. The vision is to pay homage to the vineyards of the Barossa Valley, home to some of the oldest vines on the planet.

Torbreck was founded on a vision to honour and rejuvenate the Barossa Valley’s extraordinary old vineyards, ensuring their survival for future generations. With deep respect for the region’s heritage, Torbreck champions the classic Barossa varietals of Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro. Winemaking here is deliberately hands-off and traditional, allowing the fruit and vineyard character to speak for themselves. Every wine reflects a commitment to the Barossa’s history, its unique terroir, and a philosophy of authenticity and respect for time-honoured craft.
