Beach & Weather Conditions

Our intention is to practice on the beach. If the tide or sand conditions aren't suitable, we'll move to the nearby grassed foreshore.

As an outdoor experience, classes are weather dependent. If conditions are unsafe and a class needs to be cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted and offered a transfer to another session or a refund.

Come for the movement, stay for the ocean air, and start your Sunday feeling grounded, refreshed and connected. 🌊
