Crystals of Arkansas presents:
Total Solar Eclipse at The Crystal Garden in Mount Ida, Arkansas

Join us in Arkansas, to experience 4:15 minutes of totality during the 2024 North American Total Solar Eclipse. We will celebrate together at the beautiful Crystal Garden. We are located on the largest quartz crystal deposit in the world and nestled in the Ouachita National Forest. We are creating an intimate gathering to connect with the land & each other. You are invited for two nights of camping, live music, workshops, yoga and more!
There will only be 200 tickets available for the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse Gathering so that we can create a strong and intimate container of celebration & connection during this once-in-a-lifetime event.

◅ TICKETS
General admission tickets are available online only. Tickets will not be sold at the door. We expect this event to sell out. This is a RAIN or SHINE event. No refunds will be given if there is bad weather and programming cannot commence as scheduled. Price may increase so buy your tickets early. If you plan to arrive in your vehicle, make sure to purchase a parking pass in addition to a general admission ticket.
Eclipse viewing glasses are included in your welcome package (one per each general admission ticket)

◅ CHECK-IN
You are welcome to camp Saturday, Sunday and Monday night. Check-in for Saturday night starts at 3pm and ends at 6pm on Saturday, April 6th. Check-in for Sunday & Monday nights starts at 9am and ends at 3pm Sunday, April 7th. 
We are hoping everyone will be checked in by Sunday afternoon so that we can have a calm morning and day of the eclipse on Monday, April 8th.
The event will finish Tuesday, April 9th in the early afternoon and we ask attendees to be packed up by 4pm. Event gates close at 5pm.

◅ CHILDREN: 
Children are welcome and free under the age of 10. We are creating a family-friendly event to enjoy the experience together - all children must have a family member with them at all times. For participating in the cacao ceremony, a suggested donation of $25 per child is appreciated.
Teen tickets are available at a discounted rate (must be accompanied by adult).

◅ PETS:
Please leave your pets at home for this event. Thank you for understanding. 

◅ BRING YOUR OWN FOOD:
Attendees must prepare to pack in and pack out their own food resources. Camping stoves and small BBQ pits are allowed.
Drinking water is abundant and available on the land via a filtered well system.
Please bring your own cup for the cacao ceremony.

◅ CAMPING / RVS: 
We are gathering on a beautiful piece of property that is providing plenty of space for primitive camping. 
You will be able to camp three nights starting Saturday, April 6 untill Tuesday April 9.
There will be several portable toilets distributed through the site. 
There is no electricity available but we do have a limited amount of charging stations set up for your cell phones at the gift shop.
Parking will be in a separate area so be prepared to walk your gear to your site. We will have a limited amount of carts and wheelbarrows on site to make that process easier for attendees.
Parking space is limited. RVs are required to purchase a RV parking pass and we can only accommodate a limited number of large vehicles (no electricity). Large camper vans are required to purchase a van parking pass. If you have smaller van and don't mind sleeping in the general parking area, you can just purchase a normal car parking pass.

◅ PLEASE CARPOOL:
We encourage carpooling to minimize the impact of vehicles on the land. Every vehicle will need to pay for a parking pass.

◅ TRASH and LAND ETIQUETTE:
Please consider the wellbeing of the land and our earth in regards to leaving no trace behind and choosing reusable, recyclable items to support your stay during the event. Please respect the animals, trees and stewards of the land by not disturbing habitat or removing stones, plants etc.

◅ ALCOHOL & DRUGS:
Our intentions are for this event to be alcohol-free and substance-free. We would like to hold a space of connection in a family-friendly, sober environment.
