𓆃 CLASSES

11:30am - Mobility & Somatics w/ Brandon Bergado @brandonberg_
Join Brandon for a feel-good Mobility and Somatics class—blending organic movement, nourishing breathwork, and a deeply restorative decompression cool-down.

1pm - Vinyasa w/ Frances Tharp @frances.tharp
Our Vinyasa classes are a perfect balance between attention to alignment and a fluid and graceful flow. Connecting poses together and flowing with the breath creates a dance-like movement that builds heat in the body and calmness in the mind. After the initial warm-up, a creative sequence of standing postures and sun salutations will fill the majority of the class. Sequences include warrior poses, back bends and some basic balances and inversions. Each class ends with deep stretches and a relaxing savasana.

2:30pm - Yin & Sound Healing w/ Dani Coleman @danisummercoleman
Our Yin classes focus on healing the body and mind through deep relaxation and release of mental, emotional, and physical stress. Yin Yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate connective tissues. This class is spent mostly on the ground, with only stretching poses, each pose held for 3 to 5 minutes. It can be more of a mental challenge rather than physical as it forces you to slow down and be still - something that the majority of us find very difficult! This class is accompanied by sound healing, using instruments to energetically unwind and relax the body.
