    Event description

Tour de France Sundowner - Friday 28 June from 5.30pm, Claremont Yacht Club

Join us in celebrating the iconic French bike race, "Le Tour de France," at an event featuring exclusive speakers and amazing French food and wine.

In partnership with SBS, discover the Tour 2024 and its stages, the participating teams and the Australian riders, and meet the new generation of champions. Indeed, this year's event will showcase WA's young talent and support Hawaiian Ride For Youth.

As a nod to the start of the Tour from Italy, we'll start with a glass of Prosecco provided by the Italian Consulate. We will then enjoy six canapés inspired by the regions covered by the Tour, great creamy cheese from Fromager d'Affinois, while tasting three different wines from our partner Maison Chapoutier. A sweet ending will be provided by Maison St Honoré.

There will be a raffle with great prizes to be won, and part of the proceeds will go to the Ride for Youth charity: a return ticket to Paris offered by Qantas, an electric bike offered by Glen Parker Cycles, a Skoda car to drive for a weekend... and many more!

A real highlight for Perth's cycling community, the Tour de France Sundowner is not to be missed!
