Our wide-ranging expertise enables us to make world-class product and process development support for New Zealand’s many biotech innovators. We deliver tailored R&D services to create new product opportunities in the fields of biotechnology, biological materials and bioprocessing. Our experts have helped businesses develop new food and health products derived from meat, dairy, plant, honey, seafood, and fermentation broths, transforming them into high-value products such as nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and food ingredients.

At GIQ

A $7.7m upgrade of Te Pā Harakeke flexible labs has recently been completed to increase commercialisation and the development of innovation. The central hub presents a prototype for the future co-location of New Zealand researchers, innovators and industry.
