Tour + Happy Hour: Panoramic Northside (Berkeley)

Join HAC & East Bay YIMBY for an exclusive tour and happy hour at Panoramic Northside, the newest addition to Panoramic Interests' growing portfolio of infill housing in the East Bay, just a 6-minute walk from UC Berkeley's campus.

This 7-story development at 1752 Shattuck Avenue brings 72 units to Berkeley's Northside -- a mix of studios, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes -- with two roof decks, 9-foot ceilings, furnished units, and ground-floor retail. The building just received its Certificate of Occupancy, and we're getting an early look inside!

We'll tour the lobby, a model unit, and the rooftop, with Panoramic team members on hand to talk through the development process, financing, unit mix, and what it takes to get a project like this across the finish line in Berkeley.

While tours are going on, enjoy some light bites and drinks in the lobby & rooftop!
