Join us for a Tour of Open Homes and experience two recently completed Scandi granny flats in person.

These homes showcase how high-performance, energy-efficient dwellings can be delivered quickly—while creating beautiful, light-filled spaces to live in or rent out.

Part of a series of recent projects delivered on the Mid Coast, including builds in Gloucester, Taree, and Wingham, this tour offers a chance to see how these homes are designed, built, and perform in real life.

Walk through the homes at your own pace and speak directly with the team who delivered them. Whether you're considering building, investing, or simply exploring what’s possible on your block, this is a great opportunity to see real projects up close.

Two homes. Same size. Different spatial experience.

Nordica – Wingham | 12:00 – 2:00 pm

A 9.8-star energy-efficient home built with FSC-sourced mass timber, featuring soaring 4 m ceilings, double glazing, and a light-filled open living space.

Visteca – Taree | 3:00 – 5:00 pm

A 7.9-star home of the same floor area, built with the same mass timber system, offering modern, sleek-style living with an abundance of windows, it's well suited to blocks with height limitations.

On the day, you’ll be able to:

• Explore both homes in full

• Ask questions about build time, costs and process

• Learn how these homes perform and what they cost to deliver

• Understand how a secondary dwelling can generate a strong rental return while typically operating under the same council rates as the primary home
