Tour of Trellis

Tour Trellis, a South Brisbane apartment building that reimagines the Queenslander for contemporary subtropical living, with 6,879 plants and views to match.

Developed by Aria Property Group and designed by RotheLowman, this 13-storey residential development beside one of Brisbane's oldest parklands reinterprets familiar elements of Queensland architecture - deep balconies, operable glazing, and layered shading - within a contemporary form.

Aria is known for delivering design-led residential projects across South East Queensland, and Trellis represents one of their most celebrated recent works. Nearly 7,000 trees and plants are integrated throughout the building, alongside 210 solar panels contributing to the project's UDIA Six Leaf Sustainability Accreditation.

Guided tours will be led by representatives from Aria, RotheLowman, and landscape architects RPS Group, offering insight into the design thinking, sustainability strategies, and collaborative process behind the project.
