·
East Loddon Woolshed
Serpentine VIC, Australia
Event description
A fabulous opportunity to visit the Vahland-designed East Loddon Woolshed, built in 1871 from 100,000s of handmade bricks, and still functional today. Emily and Andrew Holland are opening up this majestic building for Loddon Valley Arts, where you'll also see sculptures by Paul Turbitt and Andre Sardone, drawings by Chloe Neath, prints by Amanda Western and paintings by Jeremy Forbes. The half-hour tour is a window onto history, and you'll be surprised by the architecture, the ambition of the people who worked there, and the lasting beauty of this working venue.
