Step into an evening of sensational live music at DESTIHL Brewery's Barrel Room! Join us for a captivating performance by Sunshine Daydream, alongside special guest openers Nathan Taylor & Chico Welch. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Showtime 7:30 pm. Attendees must be 18+ to enter. 21+ to drink. Please have a valid ID ready. Advance tickets are available for $15, and $20 at the door. Limited seating and standing room – secure your tickets for an amazing night of vibrant melodies and unforgettable energy!

Founded in 2013, Sunshine Daydream specializes in performing Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia Band music in a refreshing high-energy, up-tempo style. They have played through hundreds of songs in the Grateful Dead repertoire over the years. You never know what you are going to hear and the sets are designed to please the Deadheads and casual listeners. The songs are performed as they are intended: high energy, hard-hitting and always danceable. Expect psychedelic and innovative jams as the band navigates the Grateful Dead repertoire and select covers by bands like The Allman Brothers, Phish, Widespread Panic, and more. The band is based in Springfield, IL, and has gratefully enjoyed the support from the greater Illinois community and beyond.

Nathan Taylor & Chico Welch are a versatile duo covering many styles of music from fiddle tunes to reggae, blues, country, jazz, funk, rock and original songs. Great for dancing or just listening with vocals and instrumentals utilizing guitar, fiddle and mandolin.

DESTIHL® is an independent craft brewery and restaurant company located in Normal, Illinois. in November 2007, DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works opened at the Shoppes at College Hills. The classic American-inspired pub fare focuses on bold flavors that pair well with a wide array of innovative craft beverages.

Following much success with the beer at DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works and then winning several major beer awards to garner national attention and demand for its beers, DESTIHL directed its attention toward growing its brewery operations. In May of 2013, DESTIHL Brewery opened in Bloomington, IL. By the end of 2015, there was more demand for DESTIHL beer than could be produced at their original production facility. So, in June 2016, construction began on DESTIHL Brewery's massive 47,000 sq. ft., $15 million-dollar brewery complex in Normal, IL, on about 6 acres of land. The new production brewery and Beer Hall opened to the public in May 2017. The Beer Hall features 30 taps, an exclusive menu of bold-flavored, American-inspired pub fare that pairs well with Beer Hall-exclusive beers, pilot draft releases, craft hard seltzers, hard ciders & house-made wines. In addition, the Barrel Room is the perfect event space for private events of all kinds.
