With the continuing uncertainty of state border closures and no end in sight to international border closures, it is harder than ever to retain great employees within our businesses. This session looks at ways to engage and retain your workforce, in a time where we don’t know what is going to happen from one day to the next.

Topics will be discussed in a panel setting with both human resources expertise and real industry experiences.

Using your networks to leverage alternative and temporary employment for your employees
Accessing free training and professional development opportunities for you and your team members
Working on your business whilst you cannot work in it
Creating flexible permanent working arrangements and the Fair Work Act
