Delivered by local industry experts the workshop will be aimed at enhancing visitor experiences in the Margaret River Region. This lunch and learn session will cover the following topics;
- Creating a welcoming environment to enhance visitor experience
- Communicating effectively with visitors
- Providing local knowledge & knowing your resources
- Tourism highlights, places of interest
- Access & Inclusion
Attendees will receive a certificate of participation and a pdf with references and local information
