Visitor Experience Training - Lunch & Learn

Delivered by local industry experts the workshop will be aimed at enhancing visitor experiences in the Margaret River Region. This lunch and learn session will cover the following topics; 

• Creating a welcoming environment to enhance visitor experience
• Communicating effectively with visitors 
• Providing local knowledge & knowing your resources
• Tourism highlights, places of interest
• Access & Inclusion

MRBTA’s Industry Development Manager will provide an overview of tools and resources available to help you and your team welcome & service visitors to the region.

Advocacy WA will be presenting on access and inclusion and how to have inclusive customer conversations. 

Attendees will receive a certificate of participation and a pdf with references and local information

Light lunch included in ticket.
