Like a lot of people, the recent floods caused absolute devastation to our business, livestock and family farm.

Milk production went down %100 as our dairy was completely flooded. Unable to deliver to our beloved restaurants due to flood waters and road closures, we sat down and Started innovating in true Towri Style.

Then it hit us, in the past, we have collaborated with Tommerup's Dairy to create our "Moo and Ewe" range, what if we took it further? WE LIVE IN THE SCENIC RIM, home to Summer land Camels, Naughty Little Kids just to name a couple. 🐂🐪🐐

We already love local collaboration and take pride in stocking local produce in our onsite Farm Shop, so why not create a "Collaboration Cheese". Carolyn Davidson, Company Director and Head Cheese maker with over 17 yrs experience put her skills to the test and after many trials and errors, Ewe + 3 was born!

With the binding of the different milks, the resulting cheese is very complex in taste. It is a cooked natural rind cheese, with earthy, buttery and pear undertones with a touch of sharpness from the sheep milk. EWE + 3 combines the extraordinary milks from Towri Sheep Cheeses, Tommerup's Dairy Farm, @summerlandcamels and @naughtylittlekids resulting in a cheese representing a region that stands together and faces hurdles head on using the art of innovation!

We are beyond excited to announce guests to our Spring Farmers Markets will be able to purchase this truly unique cheese that is first of its kind!
