Simple rules to follow:

Bring some toys or books to swap that should not be more than a bagful
Ask yourself: Is this item good enough for my friend or another kid?
Due to safety concerns, you must check that all battery-operated items (toys, games and books) are in working condition and replace their batteries when necessary. Battery-operated toys should have battery cases secured by screws or other means to prevent children from prying them open.
We may refuse any items that are not in the desired condition, and you must remove them from the premises.

Unfortunately, we have limited options for broken toys.

If there are items that cannot be recycled, please contact your local council to inquire about disposal options.

This free workshop is presented by the Green Living Centre, an initiative of Inner West Council. As numbers are limited, this offering is only available to residents of Inner West Council area.
