Themed Photo Day #0: VOGUE
Description
The first of the PerthIndies series of “themed photo days”: an inclusive, themed photoshoot where we provide everything you need to take some great photos. Your ticket comes with access to a decorated set, makeup and hair artists, and plenty of photographers and models to meet.
This event’s theme is “VOGUE”! Have you got a dress, set piece or prop you’d like to bring? Fantastic! A limited array of costume and wardrobe will be provided.
Future themes include: Beach, Mafia, War, Y2K, Fairytale, Sleepover, Pool Party and more.
As a pilot event, this is deliberately small, to test the format before growing into a recurring series.
In between Wave A and Wave B of models, there will be complimentary drinks and snacks, plus networking to kick off our first event.

As early supporters of the event you will be on the list for any future events and receive a discount on future tickets!
- I'm inexperienced as a model/photographer. Am I still welcome?
Rome wasn't built in a day. Come along and do your best, there will be lead models & photographers who are cooperative & kind to help you get started.
All ages and experience levels are welcome.
- Why do this event? Where are the photos going?
We want to create an interesting space for people to create things otherwise too logistical or financially impossible solo.
On top of that, we want to create a space in the photography/fashion/modelling space outside of tertiary education where people can meet fellow creatives, experiment and create great work. There is a lack of networking opportunities in WA for this space and we hope to bridge that gap so the community can get closer together.
We plan to put all the photographs of these events in an annual photobook starting 2027. This will be sold, perfect for coffee tables!
