Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Port Douglas Daintree Tourism Limited t/a Tourism Port Douglas Daintree will be held on Wednesday 28th October 2026 at 5:00pm at Oaks Port Douglas Resort, 87-109 Port Douglas road, Port Douglas.
Voting will take place between 5.00pm and 5.15pm prior to the meeting. Members may vote in person or by proxy.
Proxy forms must be lodged with the TPDD office by 5pm, Wednesday 21st October 2026
Following the AGM, members are invited to stay for a networking function with nibbles and a cash bar. To assist with catering, please RSVP by 5pm, Monday 26th October 2026.
We look forward to welcoming members to the AGM as we reflect on the year’s achievements and continue working together to promote and grow the Port Douglas Daintree region.
