Please Note:

Registrations are permitted for up to 3 participants per booking. Full details must be provided with this form to complete your booking.

Multiple sign ups of the same person are not permitted. Please do not sign up yourself or another person up via multiple bookings. Registrations beyond one sign up for a single person will be cancelled.
In order to participate on the day concert day, please ensure you have booked a seat to perform. Those who attend this performance without having signed up will not be able to perform with us on the day.

If at a later date you find that you can no longer attend, please confirm your cancellation via this website, following the instructions given under "Refunds/Cancellations". Non-attendance at this performance without informing us of your cancellation in advance will result in you being ineligible to attend the next massed event.
Please complete the form questions in full for each participant. Without out this information, we may not be able to provide necessary provisions on the day.
Successful bookings provide an email confirmation to your inbox, alongside your tickets. Please keep these safe, you may be required to show your email confirmation on the performance day.
