Please Note:

Registrations are permitted for up to 3 participants per booking. Full details must be provided with this form to complete your booking.

• Multiple sign ups of the same person are not permitted. Please do not sign up yourself or another person up via multiple bookings. Registrations beyond one sign up for a single person will be cancelled.

• In order to participate on the day concert day, please ensure you have booked a seat to perform. Those who attend this performance without having signed up will not be able to perform with us on the day. 

• If at a later date you find that you can no longer attend, please confirm your cancellation via this website, following the instructions given under "Refunds/Cancellations". Non-attendance at this performance without informing us of your cancellation in advance will result in you being ineligible to attend the next massed event.

• Please complete the form questions in full for each participant. Without out this information, we may not be able to provide necessary provisions on the day.

• Successful bookings provide an email confirmation to your inbox, alongside your tickets. Please keep these safe, you may be required to show your email confirmation on the performance day.
