Traction Build Weekend
Description
TRACTION BUILD WEEKEND
A proving ground for ideas
Maybe you’ve had an idea sitting in the back of your mind.
Maybe you’ve already started building something.
The Traction Build Weekend is a focused sprint for startups, people exploring new ideas and ventures, and businesses looking to improve, test or build something new.
The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s progress.
Over the weekend, participants work on their idea, project or venture while accessing experienced founders, mentors and practical feedback in a structured, high-energy environment designed to help move ideas forward.
You don’t need a polished pitch or business plan to participate. You just need something real you want to properly work on.
Throughout the weekend, participants will:
develop and test ideas
work through challenges and assumptions
access practical feedback and founder insight
build clarity and momentum
connect with experienced mentors and other participants working on real things

The Build Weekend sits at the centre of the broader Traction program - including founder sessions, workshops, mentor conversations, networking events and follow-on support.
