Traction Lab - Sales and Marketing Growth Programme (Cohort 1)
Description
Traction Lab is where the work gets done to grow sales.
Traction Lab is an 8-week training programme (four workshops) that helps owners and leaders build resilient sales growth.
What we work on
In a nutshell, we transform your sales and marketing operation, and in-house capability, using processes I've honed over many years in all sorts of lean and high growth businesses.
What gets built
A marketing action plan that's intertwined with sales, so ROI is measurable sales growth.
A one-page message framework and a lead-generating asset, ready to use.
A mapped sales pipeline, with the conversion rates that show where it leaks.
An outreach sequence you can start using straight away.
Systems for measurement, improvement and accountability: 3–5 sales KPIs and a weekly routine to review them.
An understanding of how high-performing sales teams operate, translated into your own business.
How it works
Four workshops, fortnightly, 90 minutes each, 100% online via Google Meet.
Only 4 places per cohort, so you get real attention.
Short framing at the start, then mostly working time on your own business, with support and feedback from us and your peers.
1–2 hours applying the work between sessions. Bring a real challenge, and your team if you wish.
