Tradie Connect - September breakfast

September Tradie Connect!!

After the incredible success of our Tradie Connect launch in June, we're excited to announce our next event!

The feedback from our first event was overwhelming. Business owners told us how valuable it was to connect with other local tradies, hear honest stories about the challenges and wins of running a business, and realise they weren't the only ones navigating the pressures of leadership.

That's exactly why Tradie Connect exists.

This quarter, we're turning our attention to one of the biggest challenges facing trades businesses today.....Building a strong team culture.

Whether you already lead a team or you're planning to employ in the future, creating the right culture doesn't happen by accident. It takes intentional leadership, great communication, and a commitment to supporting your people while maintaining high standards.

Join us as another fantastic panel of local business owners share their experiences, lessons and practical insights on building teams that people genuinely want to be part of.

Our September panel includes:

• Kurt Ross – Evolution Pools
• Daniel Holloway – Holloway Air & Electrical
• Kirsty and Dennis Ash – StrathHill Butchers

This will once again be an open and honest conversation, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, learn from others, and connect with fellow business owners who understand the realities of running a trades business.

Tradie Connect is open to all trades and trade-related businesses. Whether you're an electrician, plumber, builder, landscaper, earthmover, HVAC specialist, solar installer, painter, butcher, hairdresser, supplier, manufacturer or another trade altogether, we'd love to have you join us.

Your first coffee is on us.

When you arrive, please grab your complimentary coffee and order your breakfast from the menu. Your meal will be served once the panel discussion begins so everyone can relax, enjoy breakfast and focus on the conversation.

After a long winter, this is the perfect opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, invest an hour in your business, and connect with other local business owners.

Numbers will be capped, and following the outstanding turnout at our launch event, we encourage you to register early to secure your place.
