    Event description

You are invited to this unique, whole-hearted experience, guided by Gabriela from Nawi Wellness. This unforgettable event is a weaving of life experiences, a true representation of Meso-American culture and an opportunity to invite the magic of ceremonial Cacao, as a special addition to your rituals and holistic wellness. We will merge sacred Cacao with the Four Elements of nature via a one of a kind Sound Journey & Mindful Meditation; remembering who we truly are & the Four Elements within.

If you are wanting to deepen your connection with self, wanting to add to your wellness practices, in need of self-care, feeling lost or stuck, want to learn about & experience the amazing benefits of pure ceremonial Cacao or simply interested in learning about Native American cultures, then this is for YOU!

On this occasion, we will be sharing with community on Kombumerri Country known as the Gold Coast, at the Australian Aboriginal family run, SOBAH Non-Alcoholic Beverages Brewery. SOBAH are advocating for wellness, breaking down the stigma of socialising sober whilst also raising positive awareness of Australian First Nations culture. We will be gathering in the upstairs arts  space for ceremony and those who wish to stay for a meal and extend conversations, are welcome to do so at the cafe downstairs afterwards.

Come along, alone or with loved ones for a truly special gathering, extending appreciation for each other during this powerful, heart opening experience with intentions to rest, receive & remember. You can look forward to drinking ceremonial Cacao together, a journey through the traditions and history of this sacred plant ally, Native American sound immersion inspired by the FOUR ELEMENTS, a nature meditation PLUS an opportunity to connect with community over lunch at the unique cafe downstairs. There will also be opportunity to purchase authentic Ceremonial Cacao from Guatemala. The ceremony will be from 10am-12pm and integrates the sharing of music medicine and sacred songs to further expand the heart & calm the nervous system, in this state our bodies can naturally repair and heal. After 12pm we can support the cafe downstairs and extend our time together over lunch (this is optional).

    About your facilitator:

Gabriela is also a Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama breathwork teacher, holistic wellness advocate, intuitive musician and multi-instrumentalist who believes in the scientifically proven significant benefits of sound therapy & sacred sounds.

    Sacred Cacao Ceremonies:

The use of Cacao in ceremonies and circles has cultural roots in Indigenous communities from Central and South America; ceremonial Cacao is intentionally created for ritual use, paying homage to traditional practices of production and consumption.
Ceremonial Cacao is 100% Cacao paste of the highest quality. It is made from heirloom strains of Cacao native to Central and South America. Ceremonial Cacao is organic, ethically sourced and minimally processed. Cacao gatherings involve community, a sacred circle, music and of course, ceremonial Cacao. The medicine of Cacao can support a deepening connection to your heart and acts as a gentle guide through transformational consciousness shifts.
