Traditional Cacao Ceremony

We invite you to join us in ceremony with Cacao, a ceremony of offerings , prayers, gratitude and love for the ancestors and the sacred mother of all things.

With the help of our grandfather Fire at the centre. We will be focusing our intentions on the relationship we have with each of the four elements, working through our heart centres with the Cacao Spirit. We will be giving offerings to the Fire, praying over the Water, receiving a cleansing with the white smoke of Copal resin and using cacao, tobbacco, corn and flowers as offerings to the Earth and elements to show our gratitude for all that we receive. This is a ceremony to give back to life by creating a space which allows us to show our gratitude through making offerings. The cacao ceremony is designed to align, balance and harmonize all levels of consciousness: the physical body ,the spirit or wisdom center , the mental and the feeling or heart centre.

The ceremony is dedicated to developed a relationship with the teachings and wisdom of mother earth as a conscious being and to learn to live In right relationship with all our relations.

Cacao has been traditionally known as the 'food of the heart,' and its heart-opening properties are not just metaphorical but deeply experiential.

Please bring a cushion to sit on and a candle in a glass jar, the ceremony will be held in an outdoor space to be able to connect with the spirits of nature and the fire in a better way.
