Trail of Ganoush

When Middle Eastern heat meets Nordic melancholy.

Trail of Ganoush are a London-based world music duo formed of Sass Hoory on oud and Andrin Haag on piano.

The both multi-instrumentalists compose with influences from music cultures around the world, ranging from Middle Eastern music, North African rhythms to Scandinavian jazz elements.

The instrumental pieces of Trail of Ganoush take you on an immersive journey with cinematic ambiance, lush vocal spheres and at times, intricate rhythm patterns.

Their music style has been compared to the likes of Michael League & Bill Laurance of Snarky Puppy and Dhafer Youssef.

Composers Hoory and Haag released their debut album Orbital Hijack in 2025

We also recognise that financial realities shape who can take part in such gatherings. To make our events accessible, we offer a Solidarity Sliding Scale: tickets range from £5 for those who need support, £10 or more for those able to contribute in solidarity.

This approach allows people with different resources to support one another’s participation. The income from each event goes directly toward paying fair wages to our team, supporting the artists and hosts who shape the events, and paying the local growers whose produce makes our food possible.
