Trail Ride with Jeni - Wickham Timber Reserve - Sunday 21/7/2024

Date: Sunday 21/07/2024

Time: Sign On – 8:30am - Ride Out - 9:00am

Duration: 3.5-4 hrs, Moderate half day ride.

Food: BYO Morning Tea, lunch & human drinking water for morning tea at the lookout and lunch back at the floats.

Bring Own: Halter & Lead Rope to tie up on the trail. 

Terrain: There is a fair bit of shade. It can be rocky in parts so boots or shoes are recommended.

Parking: Good Parking. Pineview Road Logan Village. Please do not park in cul-de-sac as this prevents other floats from turning around and remove horse manure at the end of the ride.

Ribbons: Green- New, nervous or unsure horses

Red - Kickers, or may kick

Ride Fees: Red Rivers Members - No Charge, Athra Affiliated Members - $5.00

This ride is an ATHRA club members ride only.

ATHRA recommends the following;

∙ Riders under 18 must wear an approved helmet

∙ It is recommended that riders wear full length trousers and sleeved shirts. Suitable smooth soled riding footwear

∙ Saddlebag for food / water

∙ No dogs on ride
