We’re back to kick off our Spring/Summer 24-25 season at our favourite spot: RIVA, St Kilda!

Event Highlights:

Join us for a 45-minute strength and conditioning session that starts with a engine builder warm - up , team-based strength work, and finishes with a conditioning piece. Followed by Ice baths, coffee, prize giveaways and catch ups.

Session outline:

You will start with strength work, focusing on form and technique corrections [if needed].

Then you and your partner will move into the cardio / aerobic builder.. where we will test your resilience and grit, with adequate rest to work ration you will feel explosive and powerful!

Final buy out section.. we can't give too much away and ruin it, definitely not one to miss.

When: Sunday 22nd September.

Where: RIVA, St Kilda Marina, 3184.

Why: Kickstarting your Sunday in the right way sets great intentions, get strong, outdoor exposure and meet our great community!
What to bring: We always suggest a personal water bottle, towel & as always bring your widest smile.

Who is it for: This event caters for any fitness level, it's about being challenged but also hitting realistic fitness goals, we are here to elevate your fitness journey!
