What to expect: A TrailerFit 45min sweat, preparing you for 'The Blueprint' on June 1st 2025

The workout structure will be in pairs, so hit up your team and see if you are ready to go head to head and test your fitness levels. This is a great community incentive and a way to improve your lifting techniques and how to perform more efficiently under fatigue!
