TrailGraze 'Feast' 2026
Description
SOLD OUT!
The Annual TrailGraze Dinner is a feast built around fire, local food and stories.
The evening is led by Jimi Anderson of Season & Fire, known for his fire-led, produce-first cooking. Jimi’s approach is generous, grounded and shaped by Tasmania’s produce belt, with a deep respect for the producers and ingredients that define the island’s food culture. Cooking over live fire, he lets flavour, place and season do the talking.
This is a favourite, boots-and-autumn-layers kind of night. Guests are welcomed with a drink on arrival before gathering outdoors to watch produce come alive over fire, with canapés and conversation to follow (weather permitting).
As the evening unfolds, the experience centres on seasonal North West Tasmanian produce and the people behind it. Stories continue through the night, shared around the table.
A relaxed, immersive dinner that captures the heart of TrailGraze - connection, provenance and quietly exceptional food.
