Train Like a Firebird isn't just a program; it's an exclusive experience that empowers you to train, play, and relish netball like a true Firebird.
Elevate your game, embrace the challenge, and soar to new heights with the expertise of Queensland's netball elite!

Are you 11-14 years old and ready to join us for our Train Like a Firebird 5 Week Core Program at Downey Park. This will be the best way to optimise your 2025 Netball Season.

• For netballers aged 11-14 years.

• 5-week training program led by a current Queensland Firebirds player.

• Experience professional techniques, drills, and insights used by top-tier athletes.

• An opportunity to cultivate the Firebirds spirit within.

• Weekly one-hour sessions commence the week starting Wednesday 13th August 2025 (last session Thursday 10th September 2025).

• Held at Downey Park on Wednesday Night

• Limited to small groups.

• $60 per session ($300 for the full program) with payment plans available using Afterpay and FairPlay Vouchers are accepted.
