Are you 11-14 years old and ready to join us for our Train Like a Firebird 5 Week Core Program at Downey Park. This will be the best way to optimise your 2025 Netball Season.

For netballers aged 11-14 years.
5-week training program led by a current Queensland Firebirds player.
Experience professional techniques, drills, and insights used by top-tier athletes.
An opportunity to cultivate the Firebirds spirit within.
Weekly one-hour sessions commence the week starting Wednesday 13th August 2025 (last session Thursday 10th September 2025).
Held at Downey Park on Wednesday Night
Limited to small groups.
$60 per session ($300 for the full program) with payment plans available using Afterpay and FairPlay Vouchers are accepted.
