Facilitated by Thriving in Mining, the Train the Trainer Program will develop skills and practice in understanding mental health and wellbeing, building a culture of trust and psychological safety, group facilitation, and utilises the micro lessons and training tools from the Thriving in Mining framework. You will receive:

• 5 days of intensive face-to-face training.
• 12 months of personalised online mentoring support to implement the training within your team.
• A Thriving in Mining Handbook and resources.
• Certification as a Thriving in Mining Leader on successful completion.

Who should attend
This program is designed to build the capacity of workers who are leading teams and who have designated responsibility for mental health at work. This includes OHS/WHS and Emergency Services Managers, Supervisors, Advisors and Superintendents, HR and learning and development staff, Frontline Managers and Supervisors, Camp Managers, and other workers with designated responsibility for implementing strategies for better mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
