Join us for a one-of-a-kind evening of HIIT, circuit training, and boxing led by Tina Rahimi: Olympian, trailblazer, and the first Muslim woman to represent Australia in boxing on the world stage.

A specialist in resilience, discipline, and mindful strength, Tina brings a lived understanding of what it means to push through barriers, be it physical, mental, and societal.

She doesn’t just teach technique. She teaches tenacity.

In this immersive MIIC experience, movement meets meaning.
You’ll sweat, you’ll stretch your limits, and you’ll meet parts of yourself you may have forgotten. The brave part, the grounded part, the part that blooms when challenged. Friends who sweat together, stay together!

When the final bell rings, we’ll slow down and refuel together with a nourishing post-workout meal, giving space for conversation, community, and that post-sweat glow that only comes from collective effort.

No boxing, HIIT, or circuit experience needed — just your courage, your curiosity, and a willingness to meet yourself on the mat.
