Courage to Change- Whole Health Management Level 2 Facilitator PEER WORKFORCE CAREER 3-day training. 
US Department of Health and Human Services (SAMHSA) Accredited Peer Workforce Career Training Program Courage to Change Level 2.

Free Training only to Service Members, Veterans, and their Families. (Otherwise, training is $500.00 per person.)

3 Days (930-1530): 24 Hours Credit 

TRAINING RUNS FEBRUARY 23, 25 and 26 (SKIPPING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To register for this training, the following is required:

1. The Courage to Change Level 1 prerequisite course has been completed.

2. Register here on Humanitix for Courage to Change Level 2.
