Training - Inclusive Leadership

As part of our efforts to help ensure our partners are equipped with the skills and capabilities they need to help grow more inclusive and gender diverse workplaces, we are offering the opportunity to participate in an in-person training session on Inclusive Leadership facilitated by our partners CRSE Group. The training will take place at 180 Lonsdale Street

This will be an interactive workshop aimed at helping leaders and allies navigate complex situations raised from working with a diverse/non-traditional construction workforce and explores the skills needed to create safe and effective teams.

This workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to safely explore the complexities of diverse/non-traditional cohorts in construction. It will introduce participants to a self-leadership approach with practical soft skills and personal development tools to help participants thrive in creating and leading the enabling culture of inclusion and belonging within construction and the workplace more broadly.

Following the in-person workshop, an online workshop debrief will be held for follow up questions as participants apply learning in their workplaces.
