Content and trigger warning

This training is intended to provide professionals with a good working knowledge of the complex nature of child sexual exploitation and as such the content covered will include the following topics; sexual violence, rape, power, child sexual abuse, child abuse and drug and alcohol use. This will also involve discussions about real life cases which is intended to help participants understand the very real impacts for children and young people in these situations. These topics and the material covered can at times be uncomfortable, and whilst every effort has been made to alert attendees to sensitive and traumatic material, we cannot foresee which elements of the content may be potentially triggering, especially for those with lived experience. We encourage participants to consider at their own discretion whether this training is appropriate for them.
