IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In order to register (apply) for this training, please complete the following:

1) Register here on Humanitix for the course(s) you want to participate in.

2) Barbara will contact you and email you the Course Application, which you must complete to proceed to the last step.

3) After receiving your completed application, Sharon or Dawn will contact you to set up a short get-to-know-you phone interview.

If the application and interview are not complete, you will not be able to attend this training.
