Join Natasha Mason for a powerful, immersive Trance Dance - a blindfolded journey guided by sound, breath, rhythm, and the deep wisdom of your inner world. This is dance as ceremony, a soulful invitation to move beyond the mind and awaken what lives beneath the surface.

We begin with a gentle cacao blessing, a heart-opening ritual to ground and connect. From there, the blindfold becomes your portal—shifting your focus inward as we drop into a curated soundscape of ceremonial tones, primal beats, and atmospheric textures. No mirrors. No distractions. Just you, your breath, and your body in motion.

Why blindfolded?

When we close our eyes to the outside world, we open the door to deeper presence, inner vision, and untamed movement. It’s a chance to dance not from performance, but from pure instinct. No steps. No rules. Just the freedom to feel, release, and transform.

This is an intimate, held space—designed for deep listening, self-liberation, and embodied ritual. 

What to expect:

• A welcoming cacao ceremony to open the heart
• Blindfolded dance journey (blindfolds provided or bring your own)
• A multi-layered soundscape: tribal, electronic, ambient & ceremonial
• Integration time & gentle closing

Bring:

• Water bottle
• Cup/mug for Cacao
• A scarf or blindfold (if you prefer your own)
• Comfortable layers
• A willingness to surrender to the rhythm

Details:

• Saturday 7 June, 6-9pm
• $35 per person **LIMITED SPACES** to enrich this experience
  
• Bookings/tickets required to prepare the cacao and guarantee your spot.
• Arrive from 6pm to drop in, connect and settle into space. 
  Cacao Blessing will begin at 6.30pm and move into dance, settling with intentional integration time and closing. This is a not just a dance, but a multi-layered journey and you are encouraged to stay for the full experience.

No experience needed. Just bring your whole self.

Ritual romancer. Space weaver. Dancefloor doula.
Natasha’s offerings are a blend of sacred somatic practice and soul-stirring beats, designed to help you drop in and light up. Every session is a love note to the body and a reclamation of your inner rhythm.

She’s trained in over 300 hours of somatic dance with mentors Sarsha Hope and Stephen Blase, and since 2022 has held over 40 somatic dance experiences and countless yoga journeys. DJ'd at NZ Spirit and Resolution Festivals, a local underground gig (shhhh) as well as private events.
