Are you hearing the call?
From somewhere far, far away, or very deep inside..
Ceri and Elle invite you to an evening of Temple work.
Your body being the temple, the work being your willingness to take yourself on a journey...
This is an alternative to the standard Saturday night, joining others who are also on a quest for new experiences, traversing the inner landscape.

We will begin with gentle breath work to synchronise our hearts and regulate our nervous systems with the power of group intention.
We will then imbibe Blue Lotus Tea, settling into a sound journey, allowing this sacred plant to guide us deep into our bodies, and centres of awakening.
Blindfolded, we will pass through the portal of resonant sound and emerge into a cosmos of music to move to.
Enshrouded in darkness, with blindfolds on (optional), letting the pure and organic impulses of our bodies spiral, shake and stomp into an experience of our own transformation and vitality. Experiencing the power of dance and energy in motion
Completely our own doing, yet our individual efforts and intentions are amplified in this group setting.
After a short break, we will settle into a final sound journey to crystallise, integrate and emerge from the Temple, to join our fellow journeyers.
We intend to create an environment where your senses will be altered

Something to cover your eyes for the whole experience (make sure it will be dark enough for you)
mat (camping or yoga)
pillow
blanket
Water Bottle

* This is a gently guided dance, but only at the start and end...You will have alot of space with just the music as your guide.
We will have a number of assistants watching to make sure no one gets hurt.*

About Ceri (Soularliving)
A somatic practitioner, eco-somatic yoga teacher, and embodied ecstatic dance facilitator. She has held many classes, retreats, and workshops in new Zealand and overseas. Leading over 2000+ hours of classes and workshops, and 1000+ hours of training. She has a gift of bringing people into connection with themselves, each other and the earth. Ceri creates safe, grounded, inclusive, and deep spaces.
