Trance Temple offers time, space and bass for you to use movement as your medicine. With music as the medium and the gentle guidance of our embodiment facilitators, you are invited to transcend your mind, descend into your body and open to the world of feeling and freedom.

For centuries, humans have gathered around the beat of a drum in the name of healing, connection and community. Rhythm is our mother tongue. When we offer bodies presence and surrender, we can feel universal truths that help trace us back to our wholiness - and our holiness.

Fusing together a variety of genres, this is a progressive music experience that will offer an opportunity to feel a substance free, trance like state of freedom and ecstasy.

The dance floor can be a place where you move through limitations of your mind and become a witness to the eternal flow of energy.

It can be a place where your separateness dissolves and your understanding of oneness is revealed.

"I can’t/don’t dance / I have no rhythm"
- On the other side of your resistance is freedom. Your very nature is rhythm. From the pulse of your heart, to the beat of your breath. Come see what is possible when you surrender to it.
"I am too shy and self conscious"
- If we won’t judge you… Why do you? Try being in a space where you are supported in every single ugly, beautiful, weird, wild wonderful version of yourself. Try it on and see?
"I’m not sure I’ll do it right"
- You couldn’t possibly do this wrong, as in this practice - nor right or wrong exist!
"I’m too old"
- It’s never too late to find your flow.
