Deep Healing Breathwork: 50-hour specialized training focused on the transformative potential of breath as a tool for emotional release and spiritual awakening.
Yoga & Meditation: 200-hour certification, emphasizing alignment, mindfulness, and the therapeutic benefits of movement and stillness.
Trauma-Informed Care: Extensive experience as a midwife, integrating trauma-informed practices to create safe, supportive environments for all clients.
