Eimear and I first met in Bali before we both finished our YTT, and by total coincidence, we now live right next to each other in Maroubra-we’re definitely taking that as a sign!

Eimear is a personal trainer, physiotherapist, and yoga teacher from lovely Limerick. She’s taught everything from high-energy sweat and lift classes to bums & tums. Her energy is contagious, and she can’t wait to share her expertise at this event.

Come join us for a fun and laid-back morning, starting with a bodyweight workout with Eimear to get your heart pumping, followed by a relaxing yin-style yoga stretch and some down regulation breathwork to help prepare you for ice immersion.

The vibes will be high, and fingers crossed the sun will be shining!
